TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to all property maintenance services ("Services") provided by Tidy Pads Limited ("we", "us", "our", "Company") to you ("Customer", "you", "your").

1.2 By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services

2.1 We provide a range of property maintenance services including, but not limited to, lawn services, handyman services including repairs, flooring, painting and insulation.

2.2 The specific scope of Services will be detailed in the Service Agreement or Order Confirmation provided to you.

3. Bookings

3.1 Bookings for Services can be made via our website, by phone, or by email.

3.2 All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We will confirm your booking by providing a Service Agreement or Order Confirmation.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Fees for our Services are as outlined in the Service Agreement or Order Confirmation.

4.2 Payment terms will be specified in the invoice provided to you. Payments must be made by the due date stated on the invoice.

4.3 We reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue amounts at the rate of $30 per month until payment is made in full.

4.4 Any on-going overdue amounts maybe referred to a debt collection agency. Additional collection fees will apply an added to the overdue amount.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 You may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.

5.2 If we need to cancel or reschedule a Service, we will give you as much notice as possible and will endeavour to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

5.3 Any deposit amounts are non-refundable.

6. Customer Obligations

6.1 You must provide us with all necessary access and information required to perform the Services.

6.2 You must ensure that the property is safe and that all necessary permissions and consents have been obtained for us to perform the Services.

7. Liability

7.1 We will use reasonable care and skill in performing the Services.

7.2 Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in question.

7.3 We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Services.

8. Insurance

8.1 We hold public liability insurance to cover any claims arising out of our performance of the Services.

9. Complaints

9.1 If you have any complaints about our Services, please contact us within 24 hours of the service being performed. We will use our best efforts to resolve any issues promptly.

10. Termination

10.1 Either party may terminate the Service Agreement by providing 30 days' written notice to the other party.

10.2 We may terminate the Service Agreement immediately if you fail to pay any amounts due or if you breach any other terms of the Service Agreement.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of our Services after such notification will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
