Once the old paint was stripped, we sanded every surface thoroughly — walls, door frames, and soffits — to create a smooth, clean base ready to accept the new coats.

Undercoat, Then Two Top Coats
With the surfaces prepped and sanded, we applied a full undercoat across all exterior walls, door frames, and soffits. The undercoat is the unsung hero of any quality paint job — it seals the surface, improves adhesion, and ensures the top coats go on evenly and bond properly.
Once the undercoat had cured, we applied two full coats of top coat, working methodically across the entire exterior. Two coats are essential for a rich, even finish and for ensuring the paint film is thick enough to provide lasting protection against the elements. The result was a clean, vibrant exterior that looked completely transformed.
